What is Labiaplasty?
This surgical procedure actually removes labial skin to give a firmer and more youthful appearance. Benefits include elimination of discomfort and/or embarrassment for women wearing tight clothing; increased sexual pleasure due to removal of excess skin that can get in the way during intimacy; the ability to ride horses or spin bikes, and do other physical activities without pain; an improvement in the way women feel about the way they look, and therefore, feel about themselves.

Non-Surgical Treatment Options

Aviva

Dr. Jukes is the first physician in Central Texas to offer AVIVA, a non-surgical alternative for labial reduction that also addresses other vulva and vaginal concerns. It is a one-time, in-office procedure. AVIVA deploys radiofrequency thermal energy internally via a needle size introducer while the patient is under a combination of injectable anesthesia and oral pain relievers. The small incisions are minimally invasive requiring little patient downtime.

The procedure results in dramatic tightening/lifting/retraction of both vulva tissue and around the vaginal opening. It is customized to each patient’s needs. It can be combined with Morpheus8, radiofrequency enhanced microneedling, which improves the texture of the skin and enhances results. It can also be combined with a series of Votiva treatments in which external radiofrequency thermal energy is introduced both vaginally and externally.

Votiva

This new treatment option offers a safe and comfortable non-invasive, sub-dermal heating technology that can address the elasticity and wrinkled appearance of the labia and vulva.
